Participatory intervention on a parking lot

Chairs is a joint, performative appropriation of a parking lot with chairs. "Sitting still and listening" becomes on the one hand a gesture of empowerment and on the other hand a possibility of deepened perception - Chairs is an invitation to feel and think about our common being in the world.

What remains are traces of the new markings on the asphalt, until it rains again.

This drawing shows the shape of the new temporary markings which remain on the parksite until it rains.
